It's been a while since I've had the chance to write. I'm glad to report that our office is very busy at the moment, and that the industry is on the up and up! Some of the projects that have been keeping me away from here are the refurbishment of One Pico Restaurant, along with the refurbishment of bedrooms for The Tower Hotel Waterford and a cafe & a restaurant that should be opening in the near future. We've been to Maison D'Objet and took in lots of great designs in Paris. One of my favourite haunts there is Le Train Bleu. Everytime I visit Paris I have to have a glass of white wine with a bowl of olives in their beaten up lounges, followed by excellent french cuisine in exquisite surroundings. Here's a little idea of what it's like..
